ACONS GROUP selected as the general contractor of AQUATORIA

Wainbridge and ACONS GROUP entered into a contract for the construction agreement of the multifunctional complex AQUATORIA.

ACONS GROUP will execute a full range of general construction works as well as the fit-out and landscapingworks . According to the approved schedule, the construction works are planned to begin in the Q4 2018.The project will be completed  in the Q3 2022.

The new mixed-use business class complex, designed by the reputable architectural bureau “TPO Reserve”, will be built on the Moscow Canal banknear Leningradskoye highway. Four residential and two office buildings will be built on the 5 hectares land plot . The buildings will be based on a two-level stylobate, which will accommodate parking for residents, as well as infrastructure facilities such as a supermarket, gym, cafes and a restaurant. Designed by the Dutch architectural bureau Kraaijvanger Architects, an all-age school and a kindergarten for 300 places will be one of the key advantages of the complex . The main feature of the project is its own well-developed promenade along the Canal. All flats are offered with a turn-key fit-outin 4 different styles.

Currently, a number of preparatory works have already been carried out at the site, including demolition of the existing buildings, construction of a collector for the engineering networks of the AQUATORIA, and a transfer of existing utilities.
